Pinot Noir II: Fickle But Fierce (You down wit O.P.P.?)

Posted on April 28, 2015

Yeah, you know we….are.

The Grape Girls here, continuing our fast and furious journey into the land of Pinot Noir, or, as we learned last week, the Heartbreak Grape (because she breaks your heart she’s so good when she’s done right, and she KILLS you when she’s done wrong). With the help of a little OPP Wine from Mouton Noir Wines, this “Other People’s Pinot” was the perfect companion for our continued journey into Pinot-land…how it’s made, where it comes from, how terroir (terr-WHAT?) affects it’s taste, ALL of it. Oooh, and there are maps! Grab a glass, sit back and Tip it and Sip it.

What do you think? Are you a fan of OPP? Or are you more in love with the King’s Ridge we sipped last week? What’s YOUR favorite? Let us know, we want to hear from YOU!

Your Lovable Lushes,

Lo & Tee

PS – If you wanna grab a glass of OPP for your own collection, here’re the deets:

OPP (Other People’s Pinot) from Mouton Noir Wines

Willamette Valley, Oregon

Tasting Notes: Earthy, spicy, floral, herb-framed flavors of cherry with gingery wood spice tones.

Price Point: About $16 bucks…a STEAL!
